The role focuses on coordinating deliveries, inspections, and assisting subcontractors throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) with prior phone-based customer support experience, strong data-entry skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2+ years of phone-based customer support preferred.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry while on calls.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Proficient in professional email communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with subcontracted flooring installers to assign work orders.
• Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy and payment details.
• Communicate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve work order issues.
• Research issues related to work order chargebacks and warranties.
• Utilize product knowledge to satisfy customers and retain business.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and QA for positive customer experience.
• Be willing to perform additional duties to support team and company goals.
