Job summary

Real Floors is seeking a bilingual dispatch coordinator to oversee subcontracted flooring installers in Greenville, SC. You will dispatch work orders, review payroll details, process inspections and deliveries, and support installers during installations.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of phone-based customer support, strong data entry, and proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets. Experience in flooring a plus; willingness to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in providing phone-based customer support.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry while on calls.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in corresponding effectively via email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with subcontracted flooring installers to assign work orders efficiently.
• Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy and payment details.
• Communicate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve work order issues.
• Research issues related to work order chargebacks and warranties.
• Utilize knowledge of our products and services to satisfy customers and retain business.
• Coordinate with other Real Floors employees to provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform additional duties to support team and company goals.
