Job summary

Real Floors is seeking a bilingual Installation Associate to oversee subcontracted installers in Theodore, AL. You will dispatch work orders, review payroll for accuracy, process inspections and deliveries, and support subcontractors during installations.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency, 2+ years in phone-based customer support, and strong data entry, communication, and problem-solving skills. On-site, full-time with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of phone-based customer support experience.
• Accurate data entry while handling calls.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem solving.
• Proficient communication via email.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Shared Drive a plus.
• Flooring industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with subcontracted flooring installers to assign work orders.
• Review subcontractor payroll for accuracy and proper payment details.
• Resolve work order issues with subcontractors and colleagues.
• Research work order chargebacks and warranty issues.
• Apply knowledge of products/services to satisfy customers and retain business.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, warehouse, billing and QA to ensure a positive experience.
• Take on additional duties to support team and company goals.
