Job summary

Sonrava is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, coordinate treatments and welcome them into our dental family in Chula Vista, California.

You will liaise with patients, explain procedures and costs, verify insurance, schedule appointments and support a patient‑centered experience. Bilingual Spanish required; excellent communication, strong customer service, and attention to detail are essential, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Healthcare/dental setting preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
• Attention to detail in patient records and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain a productive daily schedule and coordinate appointments.
• Explain treatments, costs, insurance coverage and payment options.
• Follow up with patients to build lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, privacy and safety regulations.
• Travel as needed for training and job functions.
