Job summary

Sonrava is seeking a friendly receptionist to join a modern dental practice in Chula Vista, CA. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain the appointment book with a patient-centric approach.

You will support the front desk with billing tasks, processing payments, and keeping a welcoming waiting area, while collaborating with Office Manager and PDM on daily operations and local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Some training or experience in using multi-line phones and computers

Responsibilities

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to companyPolicies
• Answering Telephones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Maintaining Appointment Book
• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Register Patients on sign in sheet
• Chart Filling
• Cash Handling
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager or the PDM
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• All other duties as assigned
