Job summary

Insight Restoration in Plymouth, MN is seeking a hands-on Bilingual Day Labor Recruiter & Supervisor to lead recruiting, field supervision, and administrative coordination for 24/7 mitigation restoration projects. You will recruit, screen, onboard day laborers, manage multiple teams at job sites, supervise demolition/cleaning crews, and provide on-site training while ensuring safety and schedules.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Experience in construction/demo/cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen, and onboard day labor workers.
• Schedule and manage multiple teams across job sites.
• Supervise crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor.
• Conduct field recruiting beyond the office.
• Provide on-site training and supervision when needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Serve as main point of contact between workers and clients.
• Track attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Handle paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain candidate data using Microsoft Office and recruiting systems.
• Create reports and communicate updates.
