Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a bilingual Field Recruiter to act as a brand representative for potential hires on the frontlines. The role is based in Detroit, MI and supports multiple active sites within the state, coordinating job fairs and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

The candidate will partner with Operations and HR to meet staffing needs, lead high-volume interviewing, and conduct background and drug checks where applicable, traveling regionally as needed to ensure

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May require to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Ops and HR to address staffing needs.
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy of the assigned site/region.
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers.
• Run backgrounds and drug tests where applicable.
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met.
