B&S Site Development is seeking a seasoned Field Labor & Craft Recruiter to support staffing for large civil construction projects across multiple sites. You will own full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft workers, laborers, CDL drivers, foremen, and other field personnel, partnering with Operations to keep crews staffed.

The role requires a proven track record in high‑volume construction recruiting, fluent English/Spanish, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience overall.
• Minimum of 3 years of field recruiting experience within construction or related industries.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Proven success managing high-volume recruiting for hourly field labor and skilled crafts.
• Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed or remote project locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
• Screen applicants for experience, certifications, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and pipelines.
