Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking an experienced Field Labor & Craft Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations across multiple project sites.

The role focuses on high-volume hiring, building pipelines for remote and hard-to-staff markets, and partnering with Operations, Project Managers, and HR leadership to forecast labor needs and staff projects efficiently. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years recruiting experience overall.
• Minimum 3 years of field recruiting in construction or related industries.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting for hourly field labor and skilled craft positions.
• Knowledge of recruiting for remote or difficult-to-fill project locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, schools, partnerships, and events.
• Screen applicants for experience, certifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and field leadership.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment processes and onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting records and candidate pipelines in ATS.
• Lead recruiting for multiple active projects and large field crews.
