B&S Site Development in the United States is seeking an experienced Field Labor & Craft Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations across multiple project sites.

The role emphasizes high-volume staffing, building talent pipelines for remote locations, collaboration with operations leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in construction, heavy civil, site development, utilities, infrastructure, grading, excavation, paving, or related industries.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting for hourly field labor and skilled craft positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations positions.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, and networking events.
• Screen applicants for experience, certifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and field leadership.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment checks and onboarding.
