Job summary

MCI Careers is looking for bilingual Data Breach Agents who will assist customers during breach communications. This temporary remote position requires candidates to be fluent in English and Spanish, have excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma. Responsibilities include improving customer experience, service inquiries, and using account management systems. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Skills
