Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. You will guide customers through their journey, ensuring retention, expansion, and maximum value from our security services. You will work with client security teams and executives to advocate for the customer voice within Cyderes.

The role requires solving cyber security problems with interesting technologies, reporting to Senior Customer leadership, and thriving in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in prior Customer Success role.
• Minimum 3 years cyber security experience; knowledge of EDR, SIEM, MITRE, NIST, SOC/IR.
• Experience with MSSP Security Operations, Security Service Delivery, and/or Security Consulting.
• Project management experience; creating, owning, and documenting artifacts and completion certificates.
• Experience presenting to and aligning with C-Suite and client executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business and drive retention, growth, and expansion with clients.
• Establish a trusted security advisor relationship, become an advocate, and partner with clients.
• Schedule and host client meetings and operational reviews.
• Drive and own the customer journey, delivering client service elements and value.
• Monitor client health, drive engagement, and ensure prompt companywide responses.
• Create and deliver quarterly and strategic executive business reviews.
• Create, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with partners and executives.
• Primary point of contact for client and client contacts, your team, and team members.
