Job summary
Cycode, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager (CSM) in New York to join our Customer Success team. You will manage relationships with Fortune 500 customers from onboarding through renewal, driving value and ROI with Cycode’s Agentic Development Security Platform.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or technical account management for enterprise software.
- 5+ years in software development and/or cybersecurity.
- Experience managing Fortune 500 customers and complex projects.
- Experience handling at least $3M ARR.
- Strong technical acumen; cybersecurity experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with executives.
- Team player, self-starter with curiosity.
- Familiarity with AppSec concepts and SCM tools (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
- Planhat CRM experience and Kubernetes familiarity are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, building relationships and ensuring success.
- Manage multiple accounts including Fortune 500 customers across industries.
- Understand pain points, goals, success metrics, and drive value realization.
- Onboard new customers, increase product adoption, and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews to drive value.
- Advocate for clients internally and provide feedback to improve products/services.
- Educate customers on Cycode platform to maximize ROI and impact.
- Promote new features, document use cases, and identify expansion opportunities.
