Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist for our California branch in Ontario. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service using our tools and training.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering product, pricing and shipping questions, and guiding customers via phone, email and chat, in English and Spanish. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using company systems.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
