Job summary

Uline seeks an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at its California branch in Ontario. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service, handling orders and inquiries with our advanced tools.

Training runs Monday–Friday days for 6–7 months before transitioning to night shifts (Friday–Tuesday, 9 PM–5:30 AM). On-site position with full-time hours and a strong benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish—fluent in verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
