Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in California to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. The role is full-time with on-site schedule and night hours from Friday to Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, including day training sessions for 6–7 months.

You will process orders, answer questions, and guide customers through ordering on the website, using our advanced tools.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but learnable on the job.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
