Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our California branch. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service, using training and tools to support long-term career growth.

This on-site role offers full-time hours and a pathway for advancement. Responsibilities include handling orders, answering questions on products, pricing, shipping, and navigating the website.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you if needed.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.

Full-Time Hours

12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
