Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluent in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
