Job summary

Wayfair in Hartford, CT seeks a bilingual Spanish–English customer support specialist who will assist customers by phone, chat, and email regarding deliveries, damages, returns, replacements, assembly, and order status.

You will resolve issues on first contact with strong problem-solving, maintain a fast-paced workload of 50–60 calls per shift, and contribute to system or process improvements while continually expanding technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor's degree or GED or equivalent.
• Private, distraction-free workspace with laptop and wired internet.
• Proficiency in Windows and basic web navigation.
• Must complete mandatory training and follow attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support for Spanish‑speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle inquiries about deliveries, damages, returns, replacements, assembly, and order status.
• Resolve customer issues in first contact using problem‑solving skills without scripts.
• Manage a fast‑paced workload of approximately 50‑60 calls per shift.
• Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Assist in identifying and escalating system or process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Continuously improve technical proficiency on various computer systems and support tools.
