Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong reading, writing, and comprehension.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable home internet: at least 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-class support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Respond to inquiries about shipping, damages, returns, replacements, assemblies, and order status.
• Handle 50–60 calls per shift in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Use empathy and problem-solving skills to resolve issues without relying on canned scripts.
• Multi-task across multiple computer screens and dashboards to ensure rapid resolutions.
• Identify and communicate systemic issues to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
