Job summary

TS FITNESS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) support to members. This role handles inquiries by phone and email, processes cancellations and refunds, and assists field staff with contract issues.

The position is temporarily remote with occasional in-office days and a hybrid work arrangement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, and fluency in both Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual (read, write, speak) – Spanish and English required.
• Minimum of a high school education (or equivalent) required.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service issues via phone and email.
• Inbound and outbound calls.
• Process cancellations and refunds.
• Conduct welcome calls for new members.
• Process member requests.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
