Job summary

Ts-Fitness is seeking a Client Services Representative to provide exceptional member support and administrative assistance. You will handle customer issues by phone, assist field staff with contract questions, and relay insights to the corporate team about the customer experience.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–2 years of customer service experience. Strong teamwork and a professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process cancellations submitted through the customer service email and PO BOX.
• Coordinate refunds with ABC financial for early terminations, cancellations, and billing errors.
• Process all reinstatements submitted by the collections agency.
• Conduct soft collections for members past due less than 60 days.
• Handle billing issues like change of address, EFT changes, and new membership cards.
• Make welcome calls to new members after their second day and after 30 days.
• Run ad hoc reports for various departments.
