HCOA Fitness seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to members and assist with administrative tasks. The role involves handling customer issues by phone and email, with a mix of remote work and occasional in-office days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish and English.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer services issues via phone and email.
• Inbound and outbound calls.
• Process cancellations and refunds.
• Conduct welcome calls for new members.
• Process member requests.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
