Uline is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at our California branch in Ontario. You’ll build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in English and Spanish.

This full-time role features pay from $28 to $33 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, with training to help you grow and advance within the company.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering product questions, assisting with pricing and shipping, and guiding customers via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong customer service orientation.
