Job summary

Uline in California is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. This full-time role offers paid training, growth opportunities and a $28–$33 hourly wage with a $2 shift differential at our Ontario branch.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering questions on products, pricing and shipping, and guiding customers through our online ordering system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish, verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using group-wide systems.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Uline solutions.
• Assist customers navigating Uline's website and ordering portals.
