Uline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Ontario, CA. This full-time, on-site role offers pay from $28 to $33 per hour plus a $2 shift differential. Hours are 12:30 PM–9 PM, four weekdays and one weekend day, with strong training and growth potential.

You will handle orders, answer questions, and build lasting relationships with customers via phone, email and chat, using our world-class technology. Training is provided, and benefits include health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualificações

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle account inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions promptly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat to understand needs and offer best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering to ensure a smooth experience.
