Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish.
• Guide customers through registration, login, and first-order activities.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to users who haven’t logged in or ordered yet.
• Provide coverage for the Spanish-language support line during your shift.
• Escalate technical issues to the support team.
