Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
• Process credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding customers to solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions across all tools/platforms and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate complex problems.
