This role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, 18+, strong typing, multitasking across multiple windows, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to stay engaged on the phone with minimal distractions.
• Proficient with computer windows/tabs while assisting customers.
• Typing Assessment required.
• Schedules vary; weekends/holidays work may be required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
