Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking an Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in Ontario, CA. You will handle orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.

Training is provided, with full-time overnight hours Friday through Tuesday, 9 PM–5:30 AM. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma (bachelors preferred), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and be trained in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries using company systems.
• Provide product information, pricing and shipping details.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and offer best Uline solutions.
• Assist customers with navigating Uline’s website and ordering process.
