Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to handle customer requests with empathy and accuracy.

You will respond to inbound calls, enter data into company systems, and assist with billing and route scheduling as needed. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of the waste management industry, and experience using bilingual skills in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound calls and initiates outbound calls to resolve inquiries.
• Inputs customer requests into Company systems and updates information accurately.
• Logs and records information about customer support interactions in systems; assists with billing and route data.
• Maintains high quality, productivity, and efficiency aligned with continuous quality improvement.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
