Fuse3 Solutions is hiring multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for an established organization in Oklahoma City! The role requires fluency in English and Spanish to assist customers in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Assigned to a supportive team, you will handle calls and inquiries, document interactions, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday sessions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
• Willingness to work on-site in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries promptly.
• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers with questions and support needs.
• Research and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive experience.
• Explain information, processes, and next steps clearly to customers.
• Document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
• Navigate multiple computer programs while assisting customers.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and meet performance expectations.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support daily operations.
