This on-site, full-time role focuses on delivering professional support to business customers, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced office setting. A strong customer service background and solid communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with business customers and internal teams.
• Dependable work history and consistent attendance.
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Provide professional support to business and commercial customers.
• Assist customers with account information, online services, and general support requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through online platforms and systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with new customer onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures while meeting productivity and service expectations.
• Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Our client is looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who can confidently communicate with customers, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous banking, commercial banking, financial services, or related industry experience.

• High-volume call center or customer support experience.

• Experience supporting business accounts or professional clients.

• Experience providing technical troubleshooting or online account support.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• 1–3 years of banking experience or a college degree preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK

• Work Environment: On-site, professional office setting
