Job summary

TransConnect in Memphis, TN is hiring a Bilingual Call Center Representative (English/Spanish) to interact with clients, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with training onsite before transitioning to hybrid work for local candidates in the greater Memphis area.

The salary starts at $17.40 per hour, with weekend shift premiums. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, off Tuesday and Wednesday, and training will occur

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Experience in an office environment, customer service, or transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and provide product information in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify and escalate priority issues. Route calls to appropriate resource if needed.
• Set up and assist new accounts in the internal system, ensuring discounts and creating file accounts with relevant information.
