Job summary

Atlas Credit in Tyler, TX is hiring a Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls, assist customers with questions and account information, and resolve issues to keep accounts current.

You will process loan applications, perform data entry, and maintain accurate customer records, while building strong relationships through professional communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; English required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong phone communication and confidence speaking with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Bilingual: English required, Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities
