Job summary

Sun Loan Company in Texas is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will receive training and support the Customer Service Team Lead.

You will handle tickets in the sun loan portal, respond to emails and calls, and assist with in-office hardware/software setup. The role requires excellent telephone communication, the ability to learn quickly, teamwork, and at least three years in a call center or customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service
• Proficient with computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions
• Willingness to learn and follow company training
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Resolve my.sunloan.com portal tickets in a timely manner and document tickets accurately
• Respond to emails and calls; escalate to IT when needed
• Assist via phone or in person with troubleshooting hardware and/or software in the office
• Set up and install new or replacement equipment
• Work scheduled shifts, including occasional Saturdays as required
