Sun Loan Company in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team. The role offers training and supports the Customer Service Team Lead by handling tickets in the sun loan portal, responding to emails and calls, and assisting with basic hardware/software setup in the office.

Responsibilities include providing courteous service, learning quickly, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining ticket documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to document tickets and respond to inquiries accurately.
• Comfort with using a customer portal and coordinating with IT or other teams as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous and professional telephone and customer service, displaying a high level of professionalism
• Learn quickly and apply new job-related information
• Collaborate with teammates, accepting feedback from supervisors and team members
• Have working knowledge of computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions
• Work as scheduled
• Complete required company training
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service
• Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:30am–12:30pm)
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
