Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional telephone and customer service, displaying a high level of professionalism
• Learn quickly and apply new job-related information
• Collaborate with teammates, accepting feedback from supervisors and team members
• Have working knowledge of computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions
• Work as scheduled
• Complete required company training
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service
• Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:30am–12:30pm)
• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
