Job summary

Sun Loan Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Allen, Texas. You will support the Customer Service Team Lead by handling incoming calls from customers applying for or requesting information about consumer installment loans, while delivering friendly, patient service.

The role includes training, requires strong communication, and a commitment to reliable, courteous assistance to every caller.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service.
• Able to work 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:30am-12:30pm).
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
• Must complete required company training.

• Learn quickly and apply new job-related information.
• Work well with others, willing to take feedback from supervisors and team members.
