Sun Loan Company is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Center Loan Specialist to join our centralized team. The role involves reviewing loan applications, gathering documentation, contacting borrowers, and guiding funding to completion, with underwriting support from the center.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a call center or consumer finance, strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, and preferred bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a call center environment or consumer finance.
• Understanding of loan underwriting and documentation procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review loan applications and supporting documents for approval.
• Contact applicants to review approvals and gather additional docs.
• Explain loan terms and guide borrowers toward funding.
• Process loans and send documents to borrowers electronically.
• Assist borrowers with required documents to ensure funding.
• Handle inbound calls regarding consumer installment loans and servicing.
• Review and assign unmatched documents in the repository.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
