Sun Loan Company in Dallas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service Team Lead with incoming calls about consumer installment loans and information requests. Training is provided to help you succeed in delivering superior service.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a call center or customer service setting, 18+ years old, and availability 10:00am–7:00pm with possible Saturday shifts; bilingual skills are a plus and basic computer/phone system proficiency

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and apply new information quickly.
• Able to work with others and accept feedback from supervisors and teammates.
• Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service.
• Able to work 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:30am-12:30pm).
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
