Sun Loan Company is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Loan Specialist in Arlington, TX. The role supports the branch manager by processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will handle payments, payment arrangements, and extensions while maintaining accurate records and promoting ancillary products. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, some collections exposure, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service experience in any field.
• 6 months collections experience is a plus.
• High School/GED preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux and common software applications; ability to install, configure and troubleshoot.

Responsabilidades

• Process loan applications accurately and assemble/verify loan documents.
• Maintain regulatory compliance by handling all paperwork properly.
• Contact customers about payment arrangements and extensions.
• Oversee office operations in the manager's absence to ensure continuity.
• Maintain loan documents and update customer records in the system.
• Promote ancillary products to support business growth.
