The position is based in Sioux Falls, SD, with a full-time schedule, working Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. The role aims to deepen customer relationships and cross-sell appropriate products.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across phone, in person, and written formats.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, greet customers, and provide upbeat, helpful service.
• Provide support via phone, email, or secure messaging as primary contact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve banking issues using appropriate tools and resources.
• Document and track inbound requests with accurate information.
• Verify customer identity per banking protocols and protect confidentiality.
• Explain policies, processes, and products to customers clearly.
