AnswerHero is hiring a Bilingual Phone Operator in a remote-friendly role. You will be the first voice for our clients, handling inbound calls in English and Spanish, taking messages, and scheduling appointments with professionalism and warmth.

We value compassionate communicators who excel at active listening and provide accurate, real-time messages. Prior call-center experience is not required due to comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong empathy, active listening, and professional telephone manners.
• Able to type accurately while on a call.
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace for a professional setting.
• Dependability and consistent attendance in a 24/7 operation.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
