AnswerHero is seeking a bilingual Phone Operator to be the first voice our clients hear, handling inbound calls in English and Spanish, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing courteous, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Dependability and consistent attendance in a 24/7 operation.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally on behalf of our business clients.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
• Take accurate, clear messages and relay them to clients in real time.
• Schedule appointments and provide general client support per client instructions.
• Follow client-specific call-handling instructions with care and consistency.
• Deliver a warm, efficient, and courteous experience on every call.
