Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly desirable.
• Experience in printing or wide format production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customer base on company website, products, and services.
• Resolve customer concerns via phone or chat to produce a positive outcome.
• Record each customer interaction in the account system.
• Be a knowledgeable contact for new and existing customers.
• Handle complex requests with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to exceed customer expectations.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and motivations.
• Complete and process all required tasks.
• Attend department/company meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
