Job summary

4over LLC is hiring a Customer Success Representative I for a hybrid schedule across AZ, NJ, OH, and FL. The role focuses on education, issue resolution, and proactive support via phone or chat. English/Spanish bilingualism is highly desirable and prior customer service experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Experience in printing or wide format production – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customer base on company website, products, and services
• Resolve customer concerns via telephone or virtual chat to achieve a positive outcome
• Provide customer feedback to departments for product and resource development
• Accurately record each customer interaction and update accounts
• Be a knowledgeable point of contact for new and existing customers
• Handle complex requests with professionalism and empathy
• Review and resolve situations promptly by identifying concerns
• Demonstrate urgency to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty
• Listen actively to understand calls, ask questions, and interpret cues
• Complete tasks and maintain general housekeeping in work areas
• Adhere to safety policies and attend department meetings
• Other duties as assigned
