Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customer base on company website, products, and services
• Resolve customer concerns via telephone or virtual chat or a combination of both
• Record and update all customer interactions across accounts
• Be a knowledgeable point of contact for new and existing customers
• Handle complex requests with patience and empathy
• Aim to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty
• Attend department/company meetings and perform general housekeeping duties
