Job summary

4over is seeking a Customer Success Representative to deliver exceptional support in a contact center setting. You will educate customers, resolve inquiries, and build lasting relationships with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

The role offers a 1st shift, hybrid work arrangement in Miami, with hourly pay between $18 and $19. A Level 1 Certification Test can raise base pay by $1/hour after completion. Benefits include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable.
• Experience in printing or wide format production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist customers on products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns via phone or virtual chat with quality outcomes.
• Record interactions to keep accounts up to date.
• Be a knowledgeable contact for new and existing customers.
• Handle complex requests with patience, professionalism and empathy.
