Jobot in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Representative to join our Support Staff. You will serve Spanish-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy, resolving inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of administrative or similar experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is available after a 90-day ramp-up, with some days from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers and address inquiries professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for each client.
• Handle complaints and provide solutions within time limits, with follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Develop understanding of services to provide accurate information to customers.
