Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers from project inception through completion. The role coordinates documentation, informs customers, and collaborates with Sales and internal teams to keep solar projects moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous CRM or project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• CRM or project management systems experience is a plus.
• Bilingual communication skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, sales representatives, and colleagues.
• Monitor active projects to ensure information is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate documentation for solar projects with customers and Sales representatives.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, and email.
• Respond to customer questions, understanding needs and proposing solutions.
• Prioritize daily tasks with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth project flow.
• Identify potential concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Support additional customer service and operational responsibilities as needed.
